Booking
To confirm the booking, the guest must pay 50% of the total and send a photo of the ID or Passport of all guests.
Payment
50% on booking confirmation, and the remaining 50% by transfer at check-in.
Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival. After that, the amount paid is non-refundable.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Arrivals or departures outside these times must be arranged in advance and may incur an additional charge.
Liability for damages
The guest must immediately report any breakage or damage to items in the apartment. Damage not reported or caused by misuse is the guest’s responsibility.
House rules
Events and parties are not allowed. Please respect the building’s quiet hours and keep noise at an appropriate level.
Number of guests
The number of guests may not exceed the number stated in the booking without prior authorization.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Monthly rentals
All the above conditions apply, plus:
- Monthly electricity usage is limited and agreed with StayBaires before arrival.
- A lease agreement is signed.
- A security deposit is required, refunded once the condition of the property and furnishings is verified at the end of the stay.
